Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Check all items carefully upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue. We cannot accept any claims for damaged or incorrect items once five days have passed from the date of arrival.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item provided it meets our eligibility conditions. Returns for change of mind are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee, along with any applicable bank processing and handling fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit by default. No fees apply to store credit refunds. Returns requested for direct refunds or cancellations will incur a 10% processing and restocking charge plus bank processing and handling fees.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
